If you’re starting to flip based on past sales, be sure to stay on top of current trends as a shift has already happened in some cases.

I’ve highlighted areas that have received tremendous press about increasing values, like Fishtown and Point Breeze, but also some not as well known, such as Germantown, Port Richmond, Kensington and parts of the Northeast like Rhawnhurst. The trends are interesting! and a bit surprising!

The good news is based on last year’s foot traffic, now is a great time to list your home getting ahead of the uptick in October:
