Social Media and Press Releases are a part of my creative micro-marketing strategy to specifically tell the unique story of individual real estate offerings in order to target certain markets, and increase exposure for my clients. Some examples;

Philly Magazine coverage of my waterfront listing at Pier 3. I did a social media blast and solicited press to “tell the story” of waterfront living, tying into the buzz about Cherry Street Pier coming next month. Under contract in 6 days at 98% of asking! Higher than the most recent sale!

I created this video to tell the story of the lifestyle, not just the condo, which we used with the listing, Instagram and Facebook ads and with the press release:
